We are seeking an experienced communications leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. In our lean, high-performing team, success requires someone who is equally comfortable shaping strategy and personally creating content, building digital experiences, and developing high-quality branded materials. Reporting into Corporate Communications & Investor Relations, you will lead corporate brand, digital communications, and corporate storytelling initiatives that strengthen and protect Idorsia's reputation among employees, investors, media, partners, and the broader public.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute integrated corporate communications, brand, and digital strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Shape compelling corporate narratives and thought leadership content for key stakeholder audiences.
- Partner with senior leaders on executive communications, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead and evolve Idorsia's corporate brand, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels.
- Drive digital communications, including hands-on management of corporate websites, social media, and digital content platforms.
- Personally create and oversee high-quality communication materials such as presentations, videos, digital content, and branded assets.
- Advise senior stakeholders on communications strategy, audience engagement, and reputation-building opportunities.
What You'll Bring
- Advanced degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Significant experience in corporate communications, branding, reputation management, and digital communications within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to develop integrated communication strategies and lead multi-channel engagement programs.
- Strong expertise in corporate storytelling, executive communications, and digital content.
- Hands-on experience managing websites, and content management systems, developing digital content, and creating corporate communications materials.
- Proficiency with graphic design and content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) is highly desirable.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with practical execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
