SAP S/4HANA Business Systems Analyst - Supply Chain

As our SAP Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst, you will partner with business stakeholders to optimize and enhance SAP S/4HANA solutions across Sourcing, Contract Manufacturing, Warehousing, Inventory Management, and Logistics. Acting as the link between business and IT, you will translate business needs into innovative, compliant, and efficient system solutions that support our global operations.

 

In this role, you will play a key part in driving process improvements, implementing new capabilities, and ensuring our Supply Chain systems continue to support the successful delivery of medicines to patients worldwide.

 

Your responsibilities

 

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP S/4HANA solutions.
  • Configure, implement, test, and continuously improve Supply Chain business processes and system functionality.
  • Manage system releases, upgrades, vendor coordination, validation activities, and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with IT teams and software vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with CSV requirements, IT standards, and Quality System documentation.
  • Develop training materials, deliver end-user training, and promote user adoption.
  • Contribute to system strategy, digitalization initiatives, and continuous process improvements.
  • Lead or support small business and system implementation projects.

 

 

What you'll bring

 

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience supporting Supply Chain business processes and SAP S/4HANA, particularly MM, IM and LE (QM and SD are an advantage).
  • Understanding global trade compliance and Supply Chain master data.
  • Experience managing SaaS applications, system releases, testing, and user training.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to bridge business and technology.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven, collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic international environment.
  • Fluent English: German and/or French are an advantage.
