We are looking for a Manager EU&I Market Access & Pricing (Temporary contract - 12 months) to join our Commercial organization.
Role Purpose
The EU & International (EU&I) Market Access & Pricing Manager supports the development and execution of access and pricing activities across EU&I markets for key assets in Neurology and Cardiology care.
The role is responsible for the execution of the access strategy, driving analytical work, coordinating cross-country inputs, and ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables to enable successful reimbursement and pricing outcomes.
The role acts as a key operational and analytical partner, bridging global strategy and country execution, while ensuring strong alignment across EU&I markets.
Position Scope
- Supports access, pricing and reimbursement activities across EU&I markets through pre-launch to in-market phases
- Works closely with the Sr Director, Access, Pricing and Public Affair EU&I, and EU&I HQ cross functional teams as well as country teams
- Focuses on execution, coordination, project management and analysis supporting EU&I access and pricing strategy
- Contributes across multiple assets with flexibility based on business priorities
Key Responsibilities
Execution Support for Access Strategy
- Support implementation of EU&I access strategies for neurology and cardiovascular therapeutic areas.
- Translate global guidance into EU&I-relevant materials and assumptions
- Contribute to launch readiness activities (Evidence generation analysis, pricing and reimbursement dossiers evaluation, submission planning)
- Support preparation of EU&I inputs into global deliverables (e.g., Reimbursement roadmap, GVD validation, pricing frameworks…)
Analytical Support & Insights Generation
- Analyze HTA requirements and outcomes to inform asset strategies
- Consolidate country feedback on pricing potential, access barriers, and payer expectations
- Conduct pricing and reimbursement analyses across EU&I markets
- Support development of price corridors, benchmarking, and scenario analysis
- Support forecast assumptions with access-related inputs
Country Coordination & Alignment
- Support coordination across EU&I affiliates on access topics
- Collect and consolidate pricing assumptions, reimbursement timelines, evidence needs
- Ensure consistency of inputs across markets
- Facilitate alignment meetings and follow-ups
Deliverable Development & Adaptation
- Support adaptation of: Global Value Dossier (EU&I perspective), value communication materials, pricing tools
- Prepare high-quality recommendations, presentations and decision materials
- Ensure timely delivery of initiatives vs. EU&I commercial milestones
Project Management & Tracking
- Track key access & pricing milestones across EU&I
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and timelines
- Support management of cross-functional deliverables
Interface with Global Team
- Support alignment with Global Access & Pricing by preparing EU&I inputs, consolidating feedback, tracking action items
- Ensure clear flow of information between global and EU&I

Reports to: Sr Director, Access, Pricing and Public Affair EU&I

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in market access and/or pricing in Europe or international markets, including experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or consulting in pharma
- Strong understanding of: HTA systems, pricing mechanisms, reimbursement processes
- Strong analytical capabilities (insights integration, pricing scenarios, benchmarks, modelling inputs)
- Experience working in cross-country or regional roles
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment
