Job Responsibilities

 

  • General administrative support in all areas for our Clinical Development Therapeutic Area Units team including personal assistance to the respective Function Head (managing Calendar, organizing meetings travels etc)
  • Coordination and organization of administrative departmental projects
  • Participate in relevant meetings, take minutes and drive administrative actions
  • Independently and pro-actively approach administrative tasks and provide regularly status-update to key stakeholders 
  • Organize interviews on behalf of Human Resources and maintain correspondence with candidates
  • Prepare and support hiring managers with onboarding of new employees (organization of workspace, IT, etc.)

 

Candidate’s Requirements

 

  • Commercial apprenticeship (KV-E/M) or similar
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior administrative role in a multinational company, ideally in Pharmaceutical / BioTech Industry
  • Business fluency in English; German and/or French would be an advantage
  • Computer-, mobile device- and software applications advanced user 
  • Ability to work independently with high customer orientation and pro-active approach to deliver high quality results 
  • Pragmatic attitude and ability to learn quickly
  • Inclusiveness and effective teamwork and collaboration skills with various levels of diverse stakeholders
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
