For our Preclinical Pharmacokinetics and Drug Metabolism Department, we are seeking a talented individual for our Metabolite Identification laboratory dealing with the
characterization of new drug candidates:


Job Responsibilities

•    Structure identification and quantification of drug metabolites using state-of-the-art high-resolution LC-MS/MS technology
•    Performing in vitro incubations in enzymatic systems and cell culture
•    Isolation of metabolites using semi-preparative HPLC
•    Implementation of new equipment and new assays
•    Maintenance of LC-MS/MS equipment
•    ability to efficiently plan, organize and clearly document experimental work in a multidisciplinary environment


Candidate’s  Requirements

•    Technical diploma, B.S. or M.S. in chemistry, pharmacology, biology or other relevant science disciplines
•    At least 2 years of practical experience in the analysis of small organic molecules with HPLC-MS and profound experience in interpretation of MS/MS spectra
•    Experience in MS-based drug quantification
•    basic knowledge of in vitro and in vivo metabolism including cell culture (biological safety level 2) and radiochemical analysis
•    Very good team-working and communication skills with the capability to work in a dynamic environment
•    Efficient organization and good documentation of work
•    good command of English
