The talent acquisition specialist will be working in close cooperation with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, ITM Director and recruiters to enable effective and efficient end-to-end talent search and hiring process at Idorsia.

 

Main responsibilities and activities include:

 

  • Continuously improve the Idorsia recruitment tools and documentation (recruitment guide, assesment exercises, online assessment solutions, interview guide, etc.) as well as the entire recruitment process to sensure its alignment with the Idorsia's business strategy and with the candidate experience startegy.
  • Lead direct recruitment for some selected vacancies from hiring planning meeting, to sourcing and selecting candidates.
  • In line with the talent strategy establish and maintain productive relationships with all Idorsia's recruitment partners and channels (such as recruitment agencies, job-boards, background-screening providers, etc.), monitoring and assessing their performance and their contractual aspects.
  • Identify appropriate talent sourcing channels, such as target companies, user groups, or professional associations, leading to qualified candidates, media channels for relevant target groups of candidates, recruitment partners, etc.
  • In close collaboration and alignment with HR analytics & digital transformation manager develop, implement and advance on talent recruitment technologies, measures of success, reporting and business analytics capabilities supporting Global HR mission and key performance indicators.
  • Primary point of contact for HR, hiring line managers, recruitment partners and Global IT function on the business process and its improvement of the Idorsia's recruitment system

 

The ideal candidate should have:

 

  • Diploma degree in human resources, social sciences, psychology or business degree
  • At least 5 years of successful experience as a recruiter in an international corporate environment utilizing up-to-date recruitment technologies and candidate selection techniques
  • Experience in recruitment in or for the life science industry is highly advantageous
  • Proven ability and demonstrated experience in behavioural and cultural assessment
  • Ability to build effective relationships with various levels of stakeholders
  • Advanced experience in using LinkedIn and other relevant job boards and social media platforms as well as recruitment and applicant tracking technologies
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of another European language is a plus
  • Excellent communication-, collaboration-, and customer focus skills, as well as ability to use humour in the workplace effectively and respectfully
  • Cultural sensitivity working in different organizational and geographical contexts
  • Proven ability to drive things forward, be pragmatic, proactive and innovative
  • Ability to multi-task, effectively deal with ambiguity and concurring demands
  • Strong analytical skills and learning agility
