Job Responsibilities

 

Collaborate closely with GIS Infrastructure teams, Business Corporate System teams as well as Business teams (including Medical Affairs, Digital, Marketing) to establish and maintain Global Sales Force platform for promotional and medical teams across the world. 

 

  • Access Management: all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD , sharing rules
  • Sandbox environment management
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
  • Assess configuration changes and implement it with internal capacities or in coordination with services partner, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features
  • Contribute to build platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
  • Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
  • User support tickets
  • Monitor and improve user adoption
  • New user and ongoing user training 
  • Technical documentation

    
Candidate’s Requirements 

 

  • Minimum of University Degree – (Computer Science, Information Systems, preferred) or equivalent industry experience
  • 3-5 or more years of professional experience with preferably in commercial/digital area and ideally in pharmaceuticals industry
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud - Sales Cloud, Health Cloud Services Cloud, and Identity Cloud is a plus
  • Good analytical skills with ability to understand business requirements and transform into IT solutions
  • Translate requirement into technical solutions
  • Ability to deliver world class IT services including system availability/stability,
  • Lean thinking and capable to drive process simplicity throughout the organization by leveraging technology solutions.
  • IT Project management experience
  • Trailhead Badges/Super Badges
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Active in the Salesforce community
  • Experience in change management and governance
  • Experienced in CRM multi-channel systems in pharmaceutical industry
  • Able to network and leverage strong internal and external resources and expertise to understand business challenges and opportunities and deliver relevant IT solutions
  • Hands-on working style, team player, highly self-motivated, proactive and change oriented
  • Demonstrates continued personal/professional development
  • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
  • Design scalable, best practice solutions
  • Strong communication skills, able to understand problems and present solutions towards business partners
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), French and/or German is a plus
