We are offering a 12-month HR Trainee position designed for early-career professionals who are eager to gain practical experience across different areas of Human Resources.
This role provides a unique opportunity to combine hands-on involvement in core HR operations with exposure to broader HR topics and projects, depending on business needs and priorities. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain insights into various aspects of the HR function while building a strong operational foundation.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
- Contribute to ensuring efficient and compliant HR processes
- Maintain accurate HR data and documentation in line with internal standards
- Assist with general administrative HR activities and day-to-day operations
- Support the management and organization of employee records, including scanning, filing, and archiving
Project & Functional Support
In addition to operational tasks, you will have the opportunity to support HR initiatives across different areas, which may evolve over time, such as:
- Contributing to projects in areas like Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, or Employee Benefits
- Supporting the preparation, coordination, or implementation of HR initiatives
- Assisting with research, documentation, and internal communication materials
- Participating in process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate's requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or completed HR apprenticeship
- Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources
- Motivation to learn and contribute in both operational and project-based environments
- Willingness to take ownership of administrative tasks with accuracy and reliability
- Structured, detail-oriented, and well-organized working style
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Fluent in English and German
