Job Responsibilities


  • Conduct and help interpreting pharmacological studies in mice to characterize targets or therapeutic agents in the area of Immunology
  • Responsible for the efficient planning, detailed analysis and accurate documentation of experiments
  • Develop and validate new animal models for Immunology projects including related literature search 
  • Harvest and prepare biological samples (blood and tissues such as kidney, lymph nodes, skin) 
  • Presentation of results in a multidisciplinary environment


Candidate’s Requirements 


  • MSc, BSc, apprenticeship or equivalent in Immunology or Pharmacology (PhDs will not be considered)
  • At least 3 years of research experience in industry or academia 
  • Strong in vivo experience in animal handling, necropsy, breeding and drug administration
  • Hands-on experience with flow cytometry and/or imaging techniques (IHC; IF) is considered a plus
  • Compliance with animal welfare regulations and formal qualification to carry out experimental animal work (LTK1 or equivalent)
  • Excellent data management and record-keeping skills
  • Scientifically curious, eagerness to learn new techniques and skills
  • High flexibility, team player with motivation to work in a multicultural team
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
