Senior Data Architect - Corporate Systems Integration (US)

Reporting into US Director, Corporate Systems, this role will establish and ensure consistent integration and data exchange within US corporate systems, ERP & SAS applications. Additionally, will work with Business and functional leaders to improve efficiencies through harmonization and automation of manual processes and assist the US Business with defining and realizing reporting needs to drive business decisions to support the Dari and future product launches.

 

The Sr. Data Architect will have the following responsibilities:

 

  • Identifies technology standard and frameworks defined and used by Global IT team and incorporates the same within the US Application landscape working in close consultation with his/her counterparts at the HQ.
  • Ensure proper configuration management and change controls procedures established by Global team are adopted in US
  • Actively participates in all the areas pertaining to the development and integration of data between SAP, 3PL’s ERP system, Revenue Management system and other major applications that are part of the US landscape.
  • Act as a serialization lead ensuring DQSA and other regulatory compliance.
  • Partners with Finance team to control revenue leakage because of Auto Deductions due to delays in Chargeback processing
  • Works closely with cross Functional leaders and support them in their reporting needs with enhancements of the existing reports and development of new reports
  • Use business requirements to identify, evaluate and present alternative design solutions which meet customer needs
  • Leads business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements
  • Aligns business, vendors, and GIS colleagues on requirement prioritization and governance activities
  • Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources
  • Partners with the business in all types of User Acceptance Testing and should be able to able to independently perform System, Integration and Regression testing
  • Provides technical architecture guidance and expertise to Commercial and Medical team as requested.  

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor degree required, preferably in an IT related function.  Master’s degree considered in lieu of experience.
  • 10 years’ experience as IT Architect/Business Analyst, preferably in Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Knowledge of Revenue Management especially areas of Government Pricing, Medicaid and Medicare, and Gross to Net.
  • Implementation and Upgrade of ERP, CRM and other Applications
  • Development of EDI interfaces 

 

Other technology experience preferred:

 

  • SAP (Interface development/Integration)
  • SAP S/4 Hana, SAP Success Factors (HR), SAP Concur (T&E), SAP CPI (Middleware), SAP DWC/SAC(Datawarehouse/BI) and Coupa (P2P)
  • IntegriChain, ModelN, Vistex or related Application
  • EDI
  • SQL or other Microsoft tools
  • Oracle DBMS
  • Veeva, IQVIA or related Application knowledge preferred
